We entrusted the listing of our home to Simon and Kim from Belle Property because of their integrity and professionalism. They both took the time to understand our needs and concerns, as well as taking into consideration the current market. We had an open discussion regarding what was the best marketing strategy to promote our home and adjusting the campaign accordingly to suit the current lockdown conditions. An area that was important to us was to ensure open and transparent communication at all times. This included not just the follow up on the private inspections and buyers feedback but also listening to our concerns. Selling your home can be a very stressful process, but both Kim and Simon were on hand to take our calls anytime of the day and their responsiveness was very much appreciated. From our initial meeting with Kim, then Simon, and throughout the sales process, we were guided by their experience, expertise and judgement. They were both extremely professional, understanding and delivered a great result. Simon, Kim and the team at Belle are a formidable machine who made it an effortless process for us to get our post tenanted house & garden ready for sale, while navigating a lockdown in the middle. A special thanks to Lili for her organisational skills in arranging and re arranging the various trades and services to present the house as best it could be with the complications of some of the usual trades being in restricted areas. We felt that we got honest, professional and pragmatic advice and guidance from Simon during the process wrt to the potential buyers, where the market was, the likely prices and negotiating with the buyers. James heads a professional and engaged team that achieved an excellent result for the sale of our apartment. We met James and Baxter a year ago when trying to purchase a house in Lane Cove.
