Couldn't Be Happier!
We couldn't have been happier with our experience with James, Danielle and Baxter through the entire sale process. From the initial conversation with James, he always made himself available whenever we needed him and was very generous with his time. He remained our main contact throughout the campaign, conducting all our open houses (which was a huge time commitment during lockdown due to the inspection restrictions) and providing regular updates. We appreciated his honesty, clear market knowledge and genuine interest in our best outcome, and we never felt any pressure to move away from our goals and expectations. Danielle is a superstar and moved mountains to get us ready within a week! We have no hesitation in recommending James and the Belle team!

Friendly and personable

Well done James Bennett and team from Belle Lane Cove!
From the moment we met James Bennett, we knew he was the right person to market our dad's property in Greenwich. James is a well presented man who is very knowledgeable and professional in his dealings as a Real Estate Agent. James also has a good grasp of the Greenwich market. James set up a group What's App for my brother, sister and I as a way of communicating with us on the progression of the marketing campaign. He also answered any queries we had promptly. The whole team at Belle Lane Cove were professional. Danielle was a great help in recommending the tradespersons we needed to prepare the property for sale and also following up on any other recommendations we needed to clear the property. We were provided with statistics on views on the sites RealEstate.com and Domain and weekly updates on feedback from potential buyers. The team, on auction day, made us feel so relaxed and kept us up to date as we followed COVID guidelines. Thanks James Bennett and the team from Belle Lane Cove
