Patrick's in-depth market knowledge led him and me to quickly come to agreement as to a realistic market value of my unit considering its location, age, size and the renovations I had planned to do. This gave me confidence that I was not overcapitalising. The time between the first showing of the unit and the day of action was 3 weeks which meant that the marketing plan had to be focused. Patrick executed the marketing plan with professionalism resulting in a offer being made and accepted after two weeks of showing. The offer was above the expected value. Throughout the time dealing with Patrick, he kept me up to date both verbally and in a written format. There were never any unexpected surprises. I felt comfortable that he was always working to my benefit
