He and his team were professional and went above and beyond to support us towards the best outcome possible. Unfortunately for us the market did not have the emotional investment in the property we did and the end result was below our hopes but absolutely in line with James' guidance. One comment on the auction process would be it is challenged when there is really only one serious bidder

I am so glad we had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Monica in the sale of our home.
