The video they produced on our property was amazing, the advice they gave was helpful and they always met any commitments with us on time and fully. Although the auction didn't produce the result we wanted, James worked tirelessly that day and into the night negotiating with potential buyers and we ended up with a good result by the end of the day. We would highly recommend James and the Bell team to anyone considering selling their home. James is however, very particular about his hair which we found odd and a little disturbing.
