Given that Tim is a local, his knowledge of the market is excellent. The service, communication, fast turn-around time, and constant updates were more than I was expecting. The fact that Tim was still in contact with me on a Sunday to advise of a great offer that was the deal closer was great! I felt that I could really trust Tim from the first meeting and we built a strong, honest relationship where I also had a gentle nudge to pull my head in as I was getting a little carried away with my expectations, but Tim was very respectful with the delivery. Overall, it was a great experience, we achieved a result that we were very happy with, and Tim made the process just too easy. I couldn't recommend Tim highly enough.

We were really happy with the experience of selling our house with James. He was always accessible and clear in his communication with us.
