As the selling agent for the property I was purchasing, I found Clinton to be personable and professional. He was very prompt in responding to any followup requests for information that I had. He appeared to have good product knowledge . As he was not the agent acting for my sale I cannot comment on that aspect of the transaction, so the comment below only refers to what I expected to pay for the property.

I was referred to Clinton by Tony O'Doherty from Belle Property Bulimba, and I am so glad he did! I had a challenging experience with a previous selling/managing agent that has ended up costing me thousands of dollars. Clinton stepped in and sold my investment property in Redcliffe off market within 2 weeks of listing it! This is where it gets complicated. Clinton helped me navigate a tenant who stopped paying rent, and kept the whole transaction together during an eviction and the subsequent settlement. Clinton went above and beyond to help me with this situation and I would have no hesitation in recommending him in future! 10/10
