Mark and Emily's communication throughout the campaign was excellent, Mark made sure to contact me after each inspection and update me on the feedback being received from the market. I was unsure of the potential outcome given we went into covid stage 3 lock downs halfway through the campaign and ultimately moved from a live auction to an online auction. Mark committed significant time to undertaking one-on-one inspections. I was nervous with the online auction platform, however it was very user friendly and the team ensured all bidders understood how to use the platform. The and the actual auction was a smooth process, which Mark managed to remain engaging and create a competitive auction. At the end of the day, Marks local market knowledge and buyer base was key to securing a great result, above expectation in these unprecedented times. No hesitation in recommending Mark and the team.

We engaged Grant Wallace on 2 occasions. In 2019, Grant sold our home unit in South Yarra and in 2020, Grant sold another one of our units in Melbourne CBD. On both occasions, we found Grant to be extremely honest and genuine in getting the best result for us. In fact, with the South Yarra property, Grant achieved a price in excess of what we had hoped for. We found Grant's knowledge of the property market to be second to none. He organised everything from marketing, styling, refurbishment contractors, potential purchasers and the many little things which makes the selling process easier for the seller. The Melbourne property was sold during the Corona Virus shutdown, meaning that we as Sydney siders could not travel to Melbourne to oversee the preparation of the property. Grant took care of all of the things we could not. We have been very satisfied with the results achieved and the ease with which the process was managed by Grant. We have tried other agents in Melbourne. But we found Grant the best by far and we highly recommend Grant to anyone wishing to sell a property.
