Exceptional service!
Nick went over and above to make the experience of selling my home as effortless and stress free as possible. He is hardworking and driven and I was always treated in a friendly and professional manner. I felt confident in his knowledge and expertise and I felt that he always held my bests interests in mind during the whole process. Amazing Communication and Overall Experience - Highly Recommended
Joe was great to deal with in every aspect of purchasing my property. He was very quick to respond to any queries I had and went over and above to organise private inspections when I couldn't attend scheduled open for inspections. Joe was honest, friendly and warm. Fantastic experience
Obviously a good sales result is always pleasing but I also could not have been happier with Grant's work throughout the sales campaign. Committed and Trustworthy
From the very beginning of the sales campaign, Grant was polite, engaging, realistic and reassuring. His initial estimate of the price range we might get for our apartment seemed realistic at the time and proved to be accurate. When the first conditional offer fell through (no fault of Grant's, Charlotte's or Hocking Stuart's), he kept us buoyed with optimism that we'd successfully sell in a reasonable period of time, and within 3 weeks it sold unconditionally. Grant knows the South Yarra market extremely well, is trustworthy and we have no hesitation in recommending him.

My experience with Grant has been excellent from start to finish
Grant and his team throughout the the period from engaging him to the completion of the auction has been nothing short of being very professional.His assessment of the value of the property proved to be very accurate, his suggestions re presentation of the property excellent and the marketing campaign clearly worked but was affordable. Communication throughout the campaign was prompt and accurate and finally his conducting the auction was resulted in a pleasing result for us.

Genuine and professional
We met Nick a few years ago and he was diligent staying in touch without any pressure. This was our experience throughout the campaign as well. His advice was sound, suggestions not over the top and with in our range. I put this down to his qualifying of our situation. He listened to us. He was available when we had questions. Even when i new he was busy it never felt like he was in a rush. We are very please with nick and his team at Hocking Stuart South Yarra. Their knowledge of this area is priceless.
