Nick made himself ever available to my calls He connected respectfully with my family who all experienced the ups and downs of selling a family home He kept his word and listened well. He achieved success for all involved in the sale and promoted a lot of good will I would use Nick and his team again to buy or sell my next house!

When professionalism shows.
I had been in contact with Grant for several years in regards a possible sale. He was always friendly and never assertive or pushy, when I was ready to sell Grant found a buyer within a day and a sale was finalised within that day. Grant was very professional and presented very well, a natural deal maker.

True professional with a great personal touch
If I had another property to sell I wouldn't hesitate choosing Grant again! Grant is a true professional. He has detailed, specialised local knowledge and knows the area and market, inside out. Without his local knowledge I doubt I would have been able to achieve the great result we obtained. I'm based overseas and Grant managed everything from existing tenant vacating, cleaning and styling the property, achieving a fantastic result on auction day, removing furniture and following up with the buyer for an early settlement. He made everything incredibly easy for me which was very reassuring given I'm overseas.
