Go with grant!
Grant and his team did a stellar job advertising my property and getting a fantastic price. only good things to say!! easy to deal with, always available and willing to be flexible to meet my needs as I sold whilst travelling overseas. very happy with the service and the outcome. If you want an agent who delivers what they promise I can really recommend Grant and his team. 5 star service all the way!

Mark konishi - legend!
We bought and sold our property with Mark Konishi. In an industry rife with fast paced fickle money grabbers (sorry mark but it's true!) mark is a breath of fresh air. Personable and willing to answer all of our silly questions with patience, mark is extremely knowledgeable and well connected in the industry. But most importantly he gets the job done...and in our case very quickly if need be!! We would not hesitate to strongly recommend mark konishi.

Property Purchase Review - you should read this
Mark sold me the first property and I hope it's not the last that I buy with him. After not having much luck at auctions, he took me under his wing, ensuring that he would find me something.. and after what felt like many years in the space of a few months of searching he did just that. Mark not only found me a suitable first home but he is very personable and easy to deal with, he has very good and reliable communication skills which i found to be 1 in a million as some real estate agents treat you like a number. But the best of all Mark went over and above in terms of facilitating the purchasing process, which involved flexibility of timings of phone calls and inspections and walking me through the many complications that i was unsure about with the purchase. Mark is a fantastic and trust worthy real estate agent that you that you should be using to help you find your next home or investment property.
