Exceeded our expectations
As we live interstate we needed to ensure we had someone we could trust with the preparation of and the sale of our property. After doing some research we appointed Mark Konishi of Hocking Stuart. Mark and his team organised some minor cosmetic improvements (new carpet, vinyl and repainting) given our property had been tenanted for a number of years. He also organised professional property styling. All of this completely took any stress away from us in trying to arrange this ourselves. We were absolutely blown away when the professional photos were done and it looked even better when we finally got to see it the day before auction. We were kept up to date with the outcome of each viewing and the ongoing communication was great. We have sold properties before but never have we encountered such a positive experience from start to finish as we did with Mark and his team. A special mention to Georgia also. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and all our queries were responded to immediately. We were very happy with the outcome on auction day. I would definitely recommend Mark Konishi and would not hesitate to use his services again. Thank you Mark. You made what is normally a fairly stressful experience completely stress and hassle free! We really appreciate all your efforts.

Great result to get rid of this property before the Auction date. Not the easiest of Apartments to sell due to its view being obstructed by an adjacent Apartment buiding only a few metres away. Thanks Grant.

Very helpful!
This was mine and my partners first property purchased so the whole experience was very new to us! Grant and his colleague Zoe were both very accommodating in taking the time to explain the process with us, follow though promptly with any questions we had relating to the history of the property and the body corporate agenda items. Overall they made this a very pleasant experience for the both of us and we couldn't recommend them more highly. Excellent Agent and team - South Yarra
We have just purchased a property from Grant Wallace from Hocking Stuart in South Yarra. Grant was an excellent communicator and very professional to deal with at all times.
