The true expert in South Yarra and very passionate
After comparing with several other agents we felt that Mark was the true expert in South Yarra and provided the best fit for my wife and I. Once we signed on with Hocking Stuart the process was very simple and straight forward. We especially liked the verbal updates after each inspection. We were attempting to sell over Christmas which is a tougher period to sell a property, however Mark was able to quickly find a buyer in our preferred price range. The entire process took approx. 20 days from when we signed with Hocking Stuart, which was much sooner than anticipated. This was a very pleasant surprise and we would highly recommend Mark.

Great Experience

Comments on Nick Gatacre as Real Eatate Agent
We engaged Nick Gatacre to sell a flat in South Yarra as part of a deceased estate. As we wished to sell the flat before the Christmas holidays and our tenants only moved out on the 7th November we needed an agent who moved fast and efficiently. NIck ticked both these boxes and made the process easy. He was prompt with providing us with a valuation and once he was given the property to sell he organized trades people to attend immediately the flat was vacant.. The price that we realized was consistent with the valuation. Also the advice that he give us on the day before the auction filled us with confidence and what's more proved to be a correct assessment of what enfolded!!
