Grant went above and beyond his role
Grant Wallace recently managed the sale of our property in South Yarra. This was not a typical sale as we're currently residing in the UK. Grant went above and beyond his role as a realtor juggling tradesmen and the campaign to ensure our house was in the best possible condition before the sale. His professional attitude and confidence kept as reassured and positive that we would get a great result on the day. We had the pleasure of listening in on the auction live via a realtives telephone and were extremely impressed by the way the auction was conducted. He really couldn't have done any better on the day exceeding our reserve by a substantial amount. I have no doubt that Grant will have an excellent career within the industry and can highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell there house with a professional.

Great experience.
The combo team of Grant and Marissa at Hocking Stuart was great. I always felt looked after and in confident hands. Their tactics got me a great price on auction day. I think much of this was thanks to their care and expertise.

Honest and straight talking real estate agents.
I have been looking to purchase a property for a while and I have dealt with a large number of real estate agents. Grant's honesty and openness are his greatest strengths. The house was on the market with my first bid - within the price estimate he had provided. I had to check with him to confirm it was actually on the market, anticipating that the reserve price would be significantly higher! Grant provided clear but not over bearing communication and was happy to answer all my questions. I look forward to working with him again when I am ready to purchase another property.

Grange road results
I couldn't fault the work Zoe and Grant did for us. Communication and responsiveness from the team was excellent. Everything organized for us smoothly and Grant kept us up to date after every open day. All the boxes ticked prior to auction and we expected some positive results during auction day, unfortunately it wasn't to be that day. However, we were pleased to have had a successful private sale and our main objective to sell the property came to fusion the week after auction. I would not hesitate to engage Grant and Hocking Stuart again for any other opportunities(buy/sell).

Grant and Zoe are a highly personable, professional team. Whilst disappointed the campaign didn't generate the number of inspections expected the property was successfully sold which is the desired outcome.
