Grant Wallace was one of the most impressive selling agents I have experienced of late. Apart from his extremely professional manner in handling the property, the most stand out quality for me was the fact he always returned my calls almost immediately (if I left a voice message) and his knowledge of every aspect of the property was first rate. In my experience it is usually rare for agents to return phone calls which generally makes the whole buying process extremely frustrating, however not so in Grant's case which gave me the knowledge and as a result the confidence to bid at the auction. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Grant to anyone selling their property, coupled with Peter Perrignon they are a winning team.

The house was on the market with my first bid - within the price estimate he had provided. I had to check with him to confirm it was actually on the market, anticipating that the reserve price would be significantly higher!
