This was mine and my partners first property purchased so the whole experience was very new to us! Grant and his colleague Zoe were both very accommodating in taking the time to explain the process with us, follow though promptly with any questions we had relating to the history of the property and the body corporate agenda items. Overall they made this a very pleasant experience for the both of us and we couldn't recommend them more highly. Grant Wallace was one of the most impressive selling agents I have experienced of late. Apart from his extremely professional manner in handling the property, the most stand out quality for me was the fact he always returned my calls almost immediately (if I left a voice message) and his knowledge of every aspect of the property was first rate. In my experience it is usually rare for agents to return phone calls which generally makes the whole buying process extremely frustrating, however not so in Grant's case which gave me the knowledge and as a result the confidence to bid at the auction.
