A great experience

Great job Grant.
Great result to get rid of this property before the Auction date. Not the easiest of Apartments to sell due to its view being obstructed by an adjacent Apartment buiding only a few metres away. Thanks Grant.

Very helpful!
This was mine and my partners first property purchased so the whole experience was very new to us! Grant and his colleague Zoe were both very accommodating in taking the time to explain the process with us, follow though promptly with any questions we had relating to the history of the property and the body corporate agenda items. Overall they made this a very pleasant experience for the both of us and we couldn't recommend them more highly. We will defiantly be reaching out to the Hocking Stuart - South Yarra team again in the near future.

Excellent Agent and team - South Yarra
We have just purchased a property from Grant Wallace from Hocking Stuart in South Yarra. Grant was an excellent communicator and very professional to deal with at all times. We established a great repour with Zoe who was only too happy to go the extra mile and answer all our questions and provided such insight to the property we purchased. As both Grant and Zoe were so knowledgeable with the property it meant we were able to make a quick decision and move forward with the purchase. Fantastic experience
