Three months ago my daughter decided to sell her house -- so I recommended Kaye. I've now sold my house, and guess what, I used Kaye. Do I need to say more? Not only did Kaye sell my house super-quickly, she did it without intruding on my personal space, which is very important to me. We planned to put the house on the market,and invited Nekti to do an appraisal and locked it in to put the house on the market. We booked the photographer and video guy in to do there thing before the video guy was there we got a call saying a young couple wanted to have a look. They loved it and put an offer in and we accepted later that afternoon and the rest is history .... oh and the sign went up with under offer.... couldn’t of asked for any better outcome we are not ver happy.
