Having a set price rather than a range removed the guess work as we knew in advance what price we were selling our home for. The other aspect which really impressed us was having two agents managing our sale of our home rather than just have one agent who may or may not be available to a prospective purchaser. They were able to call on their network resources to create an impressive professional listing which attracted significant interest. Overall it was an impressive performance by two passionate property agents.
