Nicola and the Brady's team have done an excellent job managing our property and letting for the past 12 years until we sold via Nicola in December. We placed our trust in Nicola 12 years ago having moved to the UK and she did not let us down. The property was looked after and any issues with Tenants resolved quickly. Had a great experience with John. Being a Gundaroo local himself who's raised a family in the area, had plenty of good oil on the village and area. We had competing priorities with family illness, and he was genuinely understanding and didn't pressure us with the sales process. He had a genuine understanding of the seller's motivation, able to answer all our dumb questions, and was able to give us confidence that our offer would be acceptable first go. Once our offer was accepted, John was really approachable on negotiating with all the tradies, banks and solicitors, and again as long as we could show we were making genuine progress, there was no pressure if there was the odd hiccup or delay on our end. Super accommodating in sorting pre-settlement checks out, with some really great vendors to help. Easy settlement too and was able to negotiate a settlement period that made it really easy for us to move into our lovely new home with minimum stress. John's wife, Nicola, was also an amazing source of advice on renting our old home out as well. A really lovely couple. All up, 10/10 and just loving our new home.
