Had a great experience with John. Being a Gundaroo local himself who's raised a family in the area, had plenty of good oil on the village and area. We had competing priorities with family illness, and he was genuinely understanding and didn't pressure us with the sales process. He had a genuine understanding of the seller's motivation, able to answer all our dumb questions, and was able to give us confidence that our offer would be acceptable first go. Once our offer was accepted, John was really approachable on negotiating with all the tradies, banks and solicitors, and again as long as we could show we were making genuine progress, there was no pressure if there was the odd hiccup or delay on our end. Super accommodating in sorting pre-settlement checks out, with some really great vendors to help. Easy settlement too and was able to negotiate a settlement period that made it really easy for us to move into our lovely new home with minimum stress.
