Nicola and the team at Brady’s Real Estate were great during the sale of my home. Having considered half-a-dozen different agents at the outset, I decided to select as Nicola to sell my place as she came across as the most honest, sincere and friendly by far. This ended up being an excellent decision. Upon reflection, the advice and strategies put forward by all the other agents I considered were obviously aimed at achieving a quick sale and $$$ in their pocket. Nicola was the opposite and always had my interests as the priority. She was extremely helpful and supportive throughout every step of the process and her advice was always genuine and aimed at getting the best price possible. Whilst we had a few setbacks and offers fall through along the way, Nicola remained positive and kept me calm and informed throughout the process. She went above and beyond and in the end managed to negotiate a sale price that was well above what the other agents suggested I could get for the place. I could say that estate agents have never been on my list of favourite people as previous experience has not endeared them to me. However you have changed my mind!! From the first dealings we had with Nicola Brady she proved herself an exceptional real estate agent. We bought a property where she acted as an agent and the transaction was overseen and expedited very diplomatically and efficiently. Following the sale to us she found us a tenant for the property who began the lease four days after settlement on excellent terms. We were so impressed with her friendly, quietly assertive and engaging attitude that we then employed her to sell our "difficult to sell" property. She managed it within the time frame she suggested and followed up all possible leads with diligence and care. When we encountered quite a few problems with the sale she was always there for us - anytime and was consistently understanding and encouraging. She massaged the sale with much patience till it came through. We are so pleased and thoroughly recommend her to anyone.

It is my pleasure to write a reference for Nicola Brady. We recently engaged Nicola to sell my Mum and Dad’s rental property in Bruce. Nicola went above and beyond to assist us and made the process very easy for both myself and my elderly parents who were very nervous about the whole process, having not ever had to do anything like this before. We were delighted when we received over 6 offers on the property at the first open house. Nicola then negotiated with all the interested parties to secure us a higher price than we had listed the property for. 5 years ago we moved overseas for work. We engaged Nicola to manage our property and never once considered using anybody else, such was her professionalism and ability to solve any problem as they arose.
