Nicola and the team at Brady’s Real Estate were great during the sale of my home. Having considered half-a-dozen different agents at the outset, I decided to select as Nicola to sell my place as she came across as the most honest, sincere and friendly by far. This ended up being an excellent decision. Upon reflection, the advice and strategies put forward by all the other agents I considered were obviously aimed at achieving a quick sale and $$$ in their pocket. Nicola was the opposite and always had my interests as the priority. She was extremely helpful and supportive throughout every step of the process and her advice was always genuine and aimed at getting the best price possible. Whilst we had a few setbacks and offers fall through along the way, Nicola remained positive and kept me calm and informed throughout the process. She went above and beyond and in the end managed to negotiate a sale price that was well above what the other agents suggested I could get for the place.
