Christopher was always quietly confident of getting a good price for our property but didn't give us any false expectations and as it turned out the result was exceptional, and more than I could have hoped for at the outset. The whole process was smooth , so much so that we left the country for a holiday a week after the property went on the market and left the sale in Chris's hands which wasn't as stressful as you would think ! Overall a good experience and a fantastic result.

Chris was marvellous from start to finish. We sold the apartment within 5 days of it being on the market at a terrific price, how can you find fault with that! His market expectations were spot on and he managed mine with great care and consideration. He never pushed me into selling at a price I wasn't happy with and he didn't sit back after we hit our reserve. I could see how much it meant to him that we came away feeling awesome about the sale. I didn't think I would find myself recommending the selling agent when we were the buyers, but Christopher was a breath of fresh air. He was personable, genuine and a good communicator. I felt like he was realistic about the negotiations and just wanted to make a deal rather than play silly games with us (something I have experienced elsewhere).
