Chris was engaged to work on our sale campaign. It involved company title and a very tricky tenant. Chris worked tirelessly to get the tenant onboard with the inspection times as well as accommodating some minor works and a delayed settlement! In many respects, Chris actually filled the role of our Rental Managing Agent when he was not required to do so - an effort we very much appreciated. On the auction strategy side, Chris has some opportunities for development and I have no doubt he will do so with the right guidance. I can't recommend Chris highly enough. It was a pleasure dealing with him and we recognise all of the additional work he did to make the process as smooth and worry-free for us as possible.
