Some clients are happy to let an agent run the campaign and sale as they see fit. I am not such a person. I want to know everything that is going on at all times, what the options are, who the prospective buyers are, the different approaches that might suit one buyer but not another. Catherine Dixon and the CD team from Bresic were faultless. The pre sale service was fantastic, as it needed to be for a five-story house with substantial amounts of clutter: organising cleaners, movers, disposal. The opens were run seamlessly. Catherine and the CD team were always available, always great with relaying information and updates, very actively involved with clients. Not once did I need to chase anything. The pre-auction sale was welcomed hugely and handled very competently. I give them full marks.
