Great result
Michael not only accuratly predicted a higher price range than other agents I spoke with he delivered on that prediction closing the deal in a very short time exceeding my expectations. He communicated with me every step of the way. A job well done.

The best in Eastern Suburbs
I bought my house through Catherine 10 years ago, for what back then I think was a great deal. And she was also the person who sold it through, again for a great deal and an unheard of turnaround time through a private sale. I don't believe there is anybody who understands the Eastern Suburbs property market at much as Catherine does. She has unmatched knowledge of the area, and has my complete trust. If you're after the best in the business, then look no further.

5 stars: can't beat a Paddington local!
Having lived in and around Paddington and Woollahra since 1978, I know quite a few of the local agents. Catherine is without doubt the best considering her market knowledge and her personable demeanour. The growth of her team in recent years has cemented her position in this competitive market. She is honest and friendly and communicates exceptionally well, with buyers and sellers alike! I chose Michael as my agent for two reasons- he had previously donated his time to me by giving me valuations and opinion on 2 properties. This time, I needed him to sell my apartment and he was that perfect combination of efficiency and friendliness. His opinions on how best to sell the apartment were spot-on, it was easy to do the deal, and I felt like he was working for me. All communications with him were hassle free ( despite my being in 3 different countries throughout the negotiations.

Michael's approach to selling my property was thorough and professional. His communication (with me) and the transparency of what market perception was following each open, helped me realise the property price prior to the auction and enabled me to realistically establish a generous but relevant reserve. Any questions or concerns I had he was always diligent in answering them and if I couldn't contact him immediately he was prompt to follow up. His way with potential buyers I noticed was friendly, helpful and understanding as was his manner with me. Michael had my best interest for a good price top of mind through the whole campaign and delivered.

Great Result
Darren did a great job with marketing and selling my property. He was in regular contact from start to end. Nothing was too much trouble for Darren or his team. Selling a property with tenants is never easy and when a few issues arose throughout the marketing campaign Darren was straight onto it, making sure the tenants were always on side. Darren also suggested a fresh start to the campaign in what was a tough market and this ultimately resulted in securing a sale. I couldn't be happier with the result.
