The inspections/viewings both Mid Week and Saturday the reports and detailed responses.

We where advised from local neighbours that a great Real Estate agent - Louise was the person to deal with when selling in Inner West and they were not wrong. We arranged a meeting and the marketing schedule was exact and the transition to getting on the market was quick and easy. Bit of a bumpy road due to economic circumstance's, but that is what it is. Louise always had a strategy together and it worked out as planned. Her market knowledge and what was happening in general for the Sydney market was valuable, and we trusted the joint decisions we made. We arrived in a price that we felt comfortable with and sold the house feeling satisfied. Would recommend Louise to others who are entering the market of selling your property.

Excellent experience

Working with Louise Mitchell to sell my Tempe home was a standout experience. She isn’t someone who talks for the sake of talking—every promise she made was backed by action. When I asked her what the chances were of selling our house in times of uncertain market conditions, she simply said, “I am your insurance policy.” And she proved it. She rolled up her sleeves during the photo shoot and styling, making sure every detail of the presentation was perfect. Her understanding of the market was spot‑on, and her strong network and reputation clearly helped generate serious interest quickly. Great experience

Frederico has been an excellent contact for us for many years. He was very helpful while we rented our property and it seemed right that he managed the sale when that time came. Together with his team, communication was paramount and we were involved at each stage of the selling process. He was totally across the current market and the legal issues that are now a part of the real estate industry. Selling (or buying) can be extremely stressful and Frederico understood this and worked very hard to minimise issues where he was able. Professional, friendly and expert service

Fred and his team worked with us to prepare our property for sale and accommodated our desired timeframe. Fred met with us weekly and in person to provide us with formal updates and we were also kept upto date via group chat. Communication was always very good.
