Allister is a thorough professional. Dealing with him for our property purchase was such a smooth and easy ride. He kept things pretty transparent throughout our interactions with him, and that really stood out. He is a person with whom we would love to do business again. We wish him All the very best! It was a pleasure dealing with you..

I had heard from friends who had bought and sold through Nicholas that he was brilliant, but he ended up being so much better. The way he managed the challenges of multiple sellers, always with professionalism, respect and humor throughout the entire process was exceptional. In the wrong hands the situation could easily have ended up a nightmare, however the whole process all the way from listing, obtaining agreement on repairs/dressings and who was paying for what, the campaign, the auction, through to settlement was easy and fun. He managed everything and everybody. We were selling in very tough market conditions, but despite that he worked really hard, ran a great campaign, picked up multiple buyers along the way and ended up delivering a great sales result. I highly recommend him.

Peter really knows the market and we instantly felt confident in his abilities. Peter's communication was outstanding, calling after each open house to update us on the progress. He was honest and open throughout the campaign. We never felt rushed or under pressure and he was always able to answer any questions. Come auction day, Peter did a fantastic job of securing a higher price than we expected. And he's a nice guy! We have no hesitation in recommending Peter and the team at Bresic Whitney.
