Nicholas gave us a very honest assessment of the market in our area and what was realistic for us to seek in terms of the price we could likely get for our property. He worked with us to review how best to put the property on the market, as well as considering various options for marketing that would best suit our specific requirements. He was very clear in setting our expectations and explaining the processes involved. We were overseas at the time we were selling our property but Nicholas made the process easy for us. He organised access to the property through another agent managing the property, liaised with the tenant, arranged the required paperwork and documentation and kept us informed along the way. We found Nicholas extremely personable, highly professional and organised, and very easy to deal with. We would definitely use Nicholas again in selling another property of ours and highly recommend him.

I had a friend who sold in 2018 who recommended a few agents from a certain agency to use (that I didn't want to go with), plus someone else called Allister Scott from Bresic Whitney saying "he is nice too". Well, this was clearly an understatement! Allister came to us at quite a tough time, where we really had to sell, rather than wanting to sell. Allister and his colleague Kathleen Synnott were not only incredibly professional, but were also patient, realistic and most importantly kind. Allister was heavily in contact every step of the way, incredibly transparent and essentially just made life easier. Without his help, we would not be in a good place. At this point I would also like to use the terms 'empathetic' & 'community involvement', which are the softer skills that Bresic Whitney bring to the table, something they just do which they don't shout from the rooftops. I'd like to personally give Bresic Whitney a huge rap, especially Allister as he's an incredibly impressive operator. Clearly behind every successful man is the woman that really knows what's going on - so a special thank you also to Kathleen! I cannot recommend Bresic Whitney more highly - and ask for Allister (as I will again next time)!

As the property required a high level of maintenance both internally and externally to be ready for viewing, Nick and his team ensured we were kept fully informed of each job - providing quotes, timing, costs and reassurance on the quality of work to be carried out. Throughout the selling campaign, Nick organised the styling of the property and ongoing gardening and cleaning to show the property at its best at all times. We were kept informed of the overall interest in the property, second viewings and auction registrations. As a seller with limited time, it was reassuring to have Nick as a partner on this sale. I am confident that without his advice and expertise we would not have achieved the final positive outcome. Nicholas was very confident (in turn accurate) of prices in the area, which saved us a lot of time looking at properties that didn't fit our plan. Once we had found our place, Nicholas was very prompt and proactive until the desired result. He then continued to be of assistance post exchange, which was of a huge benefit to us.
