He is also a local, which means that he is very well connected with people and organisations in the area. Our house was probably what others might consider to 'sell itself'. However, for us this is the culmination of a life time of hard work and we were not prepared to risk the sale with people we didn't know or trust. So, when it came time to sell our home in the following weeks after our purchase, it really was a no-brainer to engage John's services and he did not disappoint.
