We first met John approx. 5 years ago while looking at property to buy in this region and so we are familiar with him as both a prospective buyer and now as a seller. John has an excellent firsthand knowledge of the local Market and also of potential buyers looking to move into the area. He is also a local, which means that he is very well connected with people and organisations in the area. Our house was probably what others might consider to 'sell itself'. However, for us this is the culmination of a life time of hard work and we were not prepared to risk the sale with people we didn't know or trust. John, Matt and the Stone Aspley team have been very professional, action oriented, considered and do what they say they are going to do. John's communication and keeping us uptodate was excellent. Having recently dealt with John to purchase our new home, it was clear that he always had the seller's best interests in mind, working hard to close the deal as quickly and smoothly as possible, even working on a Sunday night to get the contract over to us. So, when it came time to sell our home in the following weeks after our purchase, it really was a no-brainer to engage John's services and he did not disappoint.
