After being recommended to Tristan and the stone team after interviewing many different local agents it was clear upon meeting why he is the best in the game at selling real estate on the north side of brisbane. No request was too little, and he didn’t outsource his responsibilities and open homes to others like many do. Our house was only on the market for 2.5 weeks in the midst of a global pandemic and we attribute that to the professional, friendly, knowledgeable approach by an agent and team who knows the market and how to get the best result for both buyer and seller. Tristan did a fantastic job! Using his vast knowledge of the markets and current economic situation he was able to achieve a good outcome as the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Despite having 3 contracts for sale on the house (2 of the buyers lost their jobs during the conditional phase and didn’t meet the finance conditions) Tristan has back up contracts at the ready. We would use Tristan and the team again, highly recommend!
