This was the 2nd time we used century 21 Ferny Grove and we are glad we did. David and Craig rolled out the red carpet again for us and didn't let us down. We had a short time period to sell as we were relocating interstate and they bent over backwards to make sure that the selling of our house was stress free even though the move was not. I have nothing but good words to say about David and his team, we tried to sell about 2 months prior to David putting our home on the market. The previous agent had sold our previous home so was not local to the area. I think this was our first mistake. That particular agent only got about 6-10 people through which was very disappointing. The next agent we looked at seemed more concerned about how much she made than about selling the home. This agent was about $10k more expensive in commission. My neighbour then told me he used David to sell his previous house so we decided to give him a call. David did not only know the area very well but had also sold several houses in my estate. This worked out well. We had heaps of views and 3 contracts on the house. I would highly recommend David Tyler.

Upon our decision to sell our property we were faced with the daunting task of “interviewing estate agents”, our main goal was to find an agent whom was professional, and showed a very good understanding of the local market along with the buyer demographic. When you first meet a real-estate agent you can tell straight away, or within minutes if they are serious, if they have market knowledge or just simply looking to secure that next listing together with the marketing fee’s and move on. It’s an all too common trend. You might even go as far to say that in the current market, it seems relatively simple to list a property and secure a sale. This may well be the case, however to achieve a sale above the current median prices and within a short timeframe, this takes the skills of an experienced professional. Like the team of David Tyler (principal) and Craig Anderson from Century 21. After many meetings with various local agents and the same old sales pitch, we found we were drawn back to David Tyler and Craig Anderson, using them as the benchmark to evaluate other agents. In the end we chose to go with David and Craig due to their level of professionalism and industry knowledge, this seems to be a rare trait in local real-estate agents and I believe something which sets them apart from the “run of the mill” estate agents whom rely solely on a fast moving sales trend to sell property. I have no hesitation in recommending David Tyler (Century 21, Ferny Grove) as he sold 'our' home at Ferny Grove, our home at Keperra and my daughter's home at Ferny Grove. WELL DONE! David and Craig not only do a good job selling houses they are also gentlemen. Being local guys and situated at the Ferny Grove Shopping Centre they NEVER hesitate to assist me, a 79 year old, with a trolley full of groceries. They also give you a good deal re advertising, etc. As my daughter and I have lived and shopped locally for MANY years why would we go elsewhere when selling !! I have no qualms about recommending David Tyler.
