I was very presently surprised that though the first company charged a lot more money initially and upon the sale of my house they didn't know the market very well. They knew their market and were able to communicate that to us very clearly. I think they presented our home very well and have a good number of prospective buyers coming through. After months of listing my house with another agent and having no positive results David and Craig fro Century 21 Ferny Grove found me a buyer and sold my house in 4 weeks. Yes 4 weeks ! My initial intuition was to always go with David and Craig however I went with an agent who I thought would get me the highest price possible.However after being with them for 4 months I thought I would never sell my property for what it was worth in the market place. They tried to talk me down by almost $100,000. When I spoke to Century 21, they gave me a realistic sell price. They came in a little under however the house had been on the market for so long I was happy with that small deficit. They have a realistic idea of what properties in the area are worth and have a good solid bank of interested buyers. David Tyler and the team at Century 21 Ferny Grove were outstanding, I have sold a few houses in my time and this was by far the smoothest and most professional transaction. Even before signing a contract with Century 21 Ferny Grove they were more then helpful, answering all my question, visiting my house to give me honest advice on where to improve my property and most of all gave me down to earth estimates on price. Once signed they worked to my hours and worked fast on getting my property to market, ensuring I had the best Marketing any real estate could offer. An extremely professional photo shoot was done to ensure my properties full potential was captured. David's fee for services with the inclusions left other agents claiming to offer the best for dead. I was so comfortable with Century 21 Ferny Grove I took a small weekend getaway and left them with the property for a weekend of open house. David and his team were able to sell my property in a market that was just starting to climb in outstanding time and the best thing of all is Davids marketing campaign and approach with potential buyers fetched a price much greater then my target. we had previously attempted to sell this property through another agent. at this time we were promised the world and a price that would allow us to buy our next house in the price range we were happy with. this was not the case and not only did we not sell but we lost a house that we really wanted. we then approached David and Craig and their approach to selling our property was completely different. we felt that we were not being told what we wanted to hear but the true facts. while sometimes the truth hurts the feeling that we were being dealt with honestly put us at ease. David and Craig new that we were very hesitant after our previous experience and were very helpful and understanding. they communicated with us through the whole process and we felt that we were in control the entire time.
