I was very happy with my experience with Buxton first time I have dealt with this real estate agency. Would be happy to recommend them to other people.

Honestly, this is the most pleasant experience I've had in acquiring a rental property. I haven't rented often, and have also had agents look after investment properties for me; sometimes not very well. I found everyone at Buxton to be very professional, friendly, and obliging. Thank you. It is much appreciated. Kind regards, Helen Boyd-Newton

Jess has been absolutely amazing throughout our journey of finding our next home, from keeping us in the loop through each step, to going out to the property on a rainy day just to send us a video we’d asked for. Such a friendly and knowledgeable agent! Highly recommend Buxton for a headache-free transition to your new home.

Jessica was amazing with us especially through sudden lock downs and making everything work. Made us feel like we where important and no irrelevant due to renting. Very professional and our next investment property will 100% be keen to have Jessica Meyers.

Through my engagement with the Buxton team, my experience as a tenant has been fantastic! What has made this even more positive, is I am also a landlord (dont live in my own properties) which is managed by Buxton, as Buxton Tenant as well, I know from my experience they do and will look after my tenants, which probably explains why my tenants become long term renters (bonus). Everyone I dealt with at Buxton (Jess, Jamie and Josh) are brilliant! Huge thankyou

Recently purchased an investment property through Buxton Ballarat, who are now managing the property. Very impressed by the Property Manager (Sarah T) assigned to us, who secured a tenant before settlement. Very proactive, very organized, great communicator. We are definitely in good hands.

As per usual, Buxton were great to deal with. They always kept me in the loop of what was happening which was a great relief!

Although my rental journey seemed slow to start with a couple of unsuccessful applications it soon picked up momentum and I received a couple of approvals. The Property Manager and team were very patient and were able to ease my anxiety about finding a suitable rental property within my price range. I appreciate all their assistance during a very stressful time in covid lockdown.
