Daniel effectively sold our property at Bonbeach twice! The first sale was off- market at the top end of our price expectations. Unfortunately this sale failed to complete, primarily due to Covid 19 marketing restrictions on the buyer's property. After Covid restrictions were relaxed the property was re- advertised and again Daniel quickly sold the property for a price in our mid range, highly satisfactory considering the market situation. This is our third sale experience with Daniel and we have found him to be a very effective agent, seemingly able to find buyers where others were struggling!
