After our plans to build our bespoke home fell through, we made the hard decision to sell and go in another direction. This was initially a very hard decision, so we were looking for an agent that would suit our situation. I had seen Daniel at various opens over the years so we knew he was very knowledgeable about our area. Daniel was very approachable and understood our predicament. We never felt pressured or unduly stressed throughout the selling period, even though we had added complications with renters and COVID restrictions. Daniel saw to everything, without little effort from us making this potentially very stressful time as easy as it could be. We trusted him and it paid off and we are very grateful.
