BUXTON were the managing agents of my mother's unit whilst she was in a nursing home and the rental income was funding her care. They were very good with maintenance and property reports and attended promptly to all the tenant's requests. And after my mother died they were able to relocate the tenants prior to the sale of the unit and also assisted the lawyers with a valuation of the unit for the purposes of obtaining probate. The campaign to sell the unit went very smoothly and BUXTON were very good at organizing the details (e.g. dressing the unit for sale; cleaning and repainting; garden maintenance, etc.) and we received excellent feedback about interest in the unit. Daniel identified two prospective buyers who both submitted written offers before the auction date and he was able to negotiate a sale for more than we had expected. We are both very happy and I would have no reservation in recommending Daniel (and his team) to anyone in the district with a property to sell.

Daniel was extremely helpful leading up to our campaign, organising tradesmen to quote and repair the property and facilitating access. This was extremely helpful as we do not live nearby and saved hours commuting back and forth.
