I would highly recommend Daniel Wright and Joanne Barclay to sell any of my family or friends properties. They set up a highly impressive marketing campaign which brought buyers from outside the area and created a lot of interest and competition between buyers on the day. Daniel and Jo read the play well because there was so much interest in the property they advised not to look at prior offers which ended off paying off dearly as the property was sold for $50,000 above my reserve price. Their follow up and communication was second to none and their systems and processes with me and the buyers made the whole sale very easy and stress free. I have seen a lot of Auctioneers in the area but I felt Daniel stood out fromt others as he is very professional, relatable and makes buyers feel at ease which draws every last dollar.

I was extremely impressed with Daniel and the team's efforts and would 100% recommend them. They were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, helpful and all round easy to approach. As a first home buyer, things can seem very daunting and Daniel definitely made the transition very easy. The process was made quick, easy and everything was explained to me in detail. I visited the property twice before the date of auction and Daniel made an effort to make conversation and was willing to go above and beyond to help and discuss matters with all potential buyers. He was always polite, respectful and courteous, and seemed very knowledgeable on both the property and real estate in the area. Daniel not only discussed real estate, but also popular attractions and landmarks within the area. He was extremely knowledgeable on local cafes and restaurants, as well as other places to go - something which I found as a buyer to be extremely appealing to the potential purchase of the property.
