From the start, I was impressed by the detailed and comprehensive review when Paul took the time to get to know the house and discuss what was needed to prepare for the sale. The sensitive conversations were handled with diplomacy and tact that minimised the levels of anxiety for me and every step of the selling process was explained so that I felt fully informed at all times.

While I preferred to take a support role, I still felt totally involved and informed about the process.
