Noel is the consummate professional. Noel has a fantastic knowledge of the real estate market and gave us a broad and deep insight on what we could achieve for pricing of my parents house. I could not fault his communication skills; he was in touch at all times; always available and ready to help. Noel has a high level of integrity; what he says he does with passion and honesty. Sale of 5 Besant Street Hampton East
Although Noel was not part of the initial discussions we had with Buxton on the sale of dad's property he came onboard shortly after. In the lead up to the auction Noel communicated with me quite regularly with details of any inquiries made during the previous week and what he had planned for the coming week. To his credit Noel provided me with realistic information and did not pad numbers to make me think things were progressing much faster than they were. Auction day was rather disappointing attendee wise but Adam worked extremely hard with the few he had in front of him. In the few days after the auction Noel and the team worked very hard following up leads and cold calling potential buyers and on the third day after the auction successfully negotiated a sale at a price we were extremely happy with. I thank Noel and Adam for all their work and dedication to achieve a very pleasing result.

A great end to end selling experience.
It has been a pleasure selling through Paul.
