We had phone calls after each open day explaining the numbers of inspections and feedback. On the auction day we were introduced to Mark Earle - the auctioneer. Mark also proved to excellent and conducted the auction in a friendly, humorous, non pushy manner, professional but not over the top. In the end we sold the property for much more than we expected.
