Hi Richard, Just a short note to thank you for the speedy sale of our Beaumaris property. Traditionally, estate agents are ranked between politicians and used car salesmen, in public opinion. Generally, this view is correct, but not in your case. You and your team never over quoted or over promised. The campaign was extremely professional and your suggestion to maximise the marketing budget proved well worthwhile. In the end, we sold on auction day and at a price which was above expectation. I will never consider using another agent.
