Hi Richard, Just a short note to thank you for the speedy sale of our Beaumaris property. Traditionally, estate agents are ranked between politicians and used car salesmen, in public opinion. Generally, this view is correct, but not in your case. You and your team never over quoted or over promised. The campaign was extremely professional and your suggestion to maximise the marketing budget proved well worthwhile. In the end, we sold on auction day and at a price which was above expectation. I will never consider using another agent.

Richard was most helpful prior to, during and post auction. He conducted himself with the utmost respectfulness during this process and also was very mindful of what was a stressful occassion this was for me. I highly recommend him and the Buxton Group to any buyer or purchaser as I have gone through both processes within 6 months of eachother, with the Buxton group at Sandringham, and had my hand held on both occassions.
