We offer a Transparent fee structure. Research and feedback from sellers tells us that they want to know exactly what the agent's fee will be in advance. We also believe in a more transparent and fair fee for our clients so we now offer a fixed sales commission fee $6,990 (including GST) for selling residential properties under $900,000 and for properties sold for over $900,000 our fee is $8,990 (including GST). Excludes government sales. All of our agents have at least 10 years real estate experience or at least 300 Residential Property sales. We do not do property management so we can concentrate on our core business of selling residential properties. We offer unlimited open homes and private viewings until your property is sold.
