His knowledge of the building was exceptional, remembering minute details of each apartment in a complex of over 100! He was always honest with his opinions, which helped ease our worries as first home buyers. After providing a brief on what kind of apartment I was looking for, Tim quickly came up with a shortlist for initial viewing which after two further visits was reduced down to the final choice of two. Tim made me take the time to wonder between the two apartments to ensure I made the right choice and was there to advise when asked.
