I have just sold my property at West Pymble and now sitting quietly after the dust has settled realize that I would never have managed the sales outcome without the services of Peter Brack. We encounted a few awkward moments along the way, however Peter resolved them and delivered a very pleasing result. Peter was in contact with me and communicated developments throughout the campaign which was comforting. His control of the sale helped keep a lid on the stress that I would have no doubt felt during this time. I spoke to a number of Real Estate Agents prior to putting my duplex on the market and in addition to having the most competitive fee, Peter gained my confidence by his property knowledge, openness and honesty. Again I thank Peter and have no hesitation in recommending his services to any Vendor about to sell their property. Mike Dean
