Tim and William were highly professional, very responsive, always available to consult and to manage things for the pre-sale renovation, inspections, and sale itself. As far as real estate experiences go, this was a good experience. Although, the initial price expectation set was far higher than the expectation set just before auction, and the ultimate sale value was at the bottom of the pre-auction expectation set, and > 10% below the expectation set in initial conversations before we signed with them. Having said that, this is the nature of the game and they managed everything excellently through the process, and their advice pre-sale was on point and was the only reason we achieved the sale value we did with relative ease.
