Claudia sold our first home in the mountains. A small house which unfortunately had taken a bit of a bashing from some tenants. Claudia worked tirelessly with the tenant, property managers, insurance and conveyance to get things done to allow for the sale of our house. Her communication was always timely and professional. She was always available by e-mail or phone. Amazingly professional and forethoughtful, I would recommend her to anyone to sell their home.

From the initial valuation, I was impressed with Helen's calm and confident approach to selling our much loved family home. She looked beyond the standard features of the property, considered its unique attributes and priced it appropriately against other homes on the market. As a result, our first VIP open home brought in multiple offers and we had agreed upon a sale price by 8pm that evening. Helen Harris is absolutely amazing to work with. Not only is she kind, honest and willing to give her opinion but she is an absolute gun when all systems are on go - and ours was. She immediately jumped in to rectify any issues, not only that but was already 5 steps ahead and actioning them. She is so sharp and quick to act. Highly highly recommend her. Hannah, her assistant, is just as equally amazing and the two of them put together is the dream team. Still feel very grateful we had the pleasure of working with them both.

Fantastic service and result. Jonathan and his team worked very hard on the sale of our investment property and kept great communication up throughout the process (even showing buyers through outside of inspection times and updating us while overseas). I bought the property through Jonathan 10 years prior and have been happy with Chapman from both sides of the transaction. I am an ex realestate agent so very fussy with who I choose to look after my properties. Overall, they are very professional and we loved the Chapman Concierge which saved us heaps of time and headache. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell.
