Helen Harris is absolutely amazing to work with. Not only is she kind, honest and willing to give her opinion but she is an absolute gun when all systems are on go - and ours was. She immediately jumped in to rectify any issues, not only that but was already 5 steps ahead and actioning them. She is so sharp and quick to act. Highly highly recommend her. Fantastic service and result. Jonathan and his team worked very hard on the sale of our investment property and kept great communication up throughout the process (even showing buyers through outside of inspection times and updating us while overseas). I bought the property through Jonathan 10 years prior and have been happy with Chapman from both sides of the transaction. I am an ex realestate agent so very fussy with who I choose to look after my properties. Overall, they are very professional and we loved the Chapman Concierge which saved us heaps of time and headache. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell.
