Excellent. Would recommend Jonathan and his team at Chapman Real Estate Springwood. With local and real estate knowledge was well on the mark, with advice, being polite and always available to deal with my queries. A real pleasure to deal with. The review and appraisal process was accurate enabling the property to be sold quickly and successfully. A great result. Again Jonathan, a big thank to you and all involved in the sale.

More than happy with Claudia, gave me some good advice on preparing the place for sale identifying what was important and what could be left. This saved money and got the property to market at a good time. She took me through the process in a patient and friendly way and I'm sure I tried out her patience. . . .Anyhow got a result I was happy with in good time, and she was really helpful making things happen. Thank you Claudia, go to you again without hesitation.

Helens expertise and extensive knowledge of the local marketplace was evident from our first meeting, we immediately knew we would be in experienced hands to guide us through the sale of our home. What set Helen way ahead of other Agents we considered, was her warm and genuine personality. Helen has an ability to effortlessly strike up an engaging conversation and is 100% present. We could see that ability translate into connecting openly with our potential buyers, in the best possible way. Helen's experience guided us through some challenging times in the sale of our house. We launched at the tail end of the 'boom' in early 2022, had a cracking number of people at our VIP open and then the market slowed right down for the national election and two interest rate rises. Helen's advice and strategy for navigating the changing and challenging conditions were priceless. She kept us positive, while being honest and realistic with her recommendations. Rapidly after only a week of implementing Helens advice and change of strategy our house sold. Such an amazing result to achieve in a difficult market. Helen always had our best interests in mind and strove to achieve great results for us. We highly recommend Helen, who is part of the amazing team at Chapman. It is clear the whole team works harmoniously and is supportive of each other. Helen exceeded all our expectations of an agent. She was connected, responded quickly to our questions and 200% professional while being able to maintain a friendly rapport. We highly recommend Helen as the agent for the sale of your home.

We just bought our new house from Helen. We actually saw a couple of properties with Helen - found her super knowledgeable about the area, warm and professional. She has been really helpful liaising with the vendors, and efficient and organised throughout the whole buying process. Would definitely recommend buying from Helen!

Helen is an absolute professional. We had 4 other agents lining up for our sale but I chose Helen because she seemed to have her finger on the pulse of the market. I wasn’t disappointed. She just knows her job inside out. Very friendly and very easy to communicate with. I can’t recommend her enough if you’re thinking of selling.
