I first contacted Helen for a property appraisal for another matter for my father. She was very obliging and sent me exactly what I needed very efficiently. Helen came to mind again when my father decided to sell his home and again she did not disappoint. A real professional who is warm and friendly and really understands the market she is working with. She gave some great advice to get the home ready for sale and with the assistance of the amazing Concierge Team at Chapman this all happened very quickly. The sales team did a fantastic job. The promotional material and advertising was very impressive and the home sold very quickly. Helen especially took the time to keep us up to date with the sales negotiations and supported us throughout the process. Thank you so much Helen, you made this very easy for my father and I would like to pass on my appreciation to you and all the staff involved at Chapman Real Estate - Springwood.

Helen represented the sellers of the house we bought. She was professional, responsive and helpful throughout. We always got the information we needed from her and thought she did a good job.

From the moment we signed up with Chapman's, Helen took us under her wing. Being naturally empathetic, she was able to guide us gently through the process. We really appreciated her sunny disposition, her professionalism, her organisational skills and her positive and supportive approach to the sale of our home. The advertising campaign was brilliantly done and generated a great deal of interest in our property. She and the Chapman's team were superb on our one and only open day, and we were very happy with the outcome. We can't speak more highly of Helen Harris. We recommend her to one and all.

Helen really knows her sales strategy, ran the campaign seamlessly and knows how to talk to purchasers. Helen is very experienced and was onto our house sale like a boss! It wasn’t our first rodeo, so Helen knew we didn’t need babysitting and to focus her and her teams efforts on managing and coaching multiple buyers to build an environment where they wanted to put forward their best….mean best offers. We bought the house for $805k (plus a small Reno budget) and sold for a whopping $1,181kjust over 12 month later! Seriously we would not have got that outcome without Helen. It allowed us to buy our dream home and we are very happy 😊
Helen Harris
All positive and full of friendly, helpful information which helped me 'navigate' the minefields of buying and selling my house and downsizing, with much more ease! Her amount of expertise and positive attitude helped me through to a better than expected outcome!
