The home Jonathan found, when it came onto the market was every thing we required. It other words it was perfect. To secure the deal we had to sell our home and finalise the purchase all within a week. He and his staff where excellent in there professionalism, knowledge of legal requirements and liaising with all parties involved to secure the transactions were legal prior to settlement date.
