Helen is one of those rare and special agents who goes above and beyond to get the job done. Selling my Mum's house was an emotional process and I am so glad I chose Helen because in addition to being highly skilled and full of local market knowledge, she was also very caring and supportive. Helen's communication was outstanding throughout the sale process which alleviated so much worry for me. In the end the house sold in 3 days which was probably some kind of record! Helen showed me through a property the day before we found our dream house. After talking with her she understood what my wife and I were looking for and before we knew it, I had a brochure and a time for the open house. I contacted Helen a while ago inquiring about a particular property and she took our feedback and list of wants and needs on board. We were very clear that we were willing to wait for the "right house". Helen rang a couple of months later and said shed found the one for us - I looked online, wasn't sure she knew what she was talking about but went to the inspection anyway and was blown away! Not only had she found everything we'd asked for - the price was right in our budget, the features precisely what we needed and so close to a great local school it was PERFECT! You could tell she has really listened to us and made an effort to find the right house for our family rather than just pushing anything and everything in our faces to just get a sale. She didn't help us buy a house - she helped us find a home.
