Well Researched and Very Relatable
Helen did a great job selling mum's property. There is a team at Chapman Real Estate that she worked effectively with. There was lots of data they put together to help with pricing the property and she demonstrated great intuition as to the timing of listing. Helen also worked well liaising between mum and I - no manipulation but consistent communication.
