My husband and I have known Jonathan Crisp for over ten years. Before we knocked down and rebuilt our own home, we sought Jonathan's help first to review properties on the local market incase there was one that fulfilled all of our criteria. At the time there wasn't, however, our communication with Jonathan, his market knowledge and the range of properties he was able to show us was critical in our decision making process. Last year I recommended to my siblings, that Jonathan was the right agent to help us sell our childhood home, on beautiful bush acreage in the lower Blue Mountains. We had enjoyed the property for 50 years; our parents had both passed away at the age of 93. Jonathan was the right choice for us. It wasn't easy to sell this property in the sliding market of 2018. Jonathan provided us with constant communication about the progress of the sale, supported by statistical reports which included feedback from potential buyers collected by his team. Jonathan's diligence in showing my family’s property paid off. We are grateful for his help and support.

Having never sold a property before we were a little unsure of what to expect. At the time we were actively looking for a new home, so naturally we spoke to quite a few agents who were also interested in selling our old house. Naturally, everyone was keen to assure us they were the ones to go with and they all made similar promises. However, after sitting down with Helen Harris the decision was made quite easy for us. Apart from having excellent knowledge of the local market, there was something far more genuine about the way they approached us and dealt with us. They were discrete and very respectful, but when necessary were direct, honest and to the point. In the end we sold our home for a price we were very comfortable with after only 2 weeks which was a lot sooner than we expected. Helen Harris and Mark Poole were an absolute pleasure to deal with and are also well supported by the rest of the Chapman's team. In deciding to deal with Chapmans, I have no doubt I made the right decision.

From the moment I met Jonathan, I felt at ease as selling my home was a big decision. He handled all my queries with professionalism, and was spot on with the valuation! This made the task very easy, and at all times I was considered a valued customer, not a bothersome old lady! The staff at Chapmans Real Estate at Springwood is also worthy of acclaim. Whenever I needed to speak to someone they were all most obliging, friendly and helpful. Buying and selling in the Blue Mountains is a happy experience, so different from my experiences in Sydney.
