Jonathan has been our chosen agent in one purchase and two sales. He has earned our confidence and friendship over the years. He is good to his word and very in tune to the market and we highly recommend him as an agent and as a person. He will have another property to sell for us in the future.

We made our decision to sell our home through Chapman Real Estate after talking with Helen Harris. She was like a breath of fresh air. She understood all the special differences which made our house unique – she ‘got it’. Regular and timely communications kept us informed of private showings, open house attendances and those who were ‘really’ interested. Even though we sold in a slow and waning market, Helen’s enthusiasm kept us positive throughout. With the confidence to ‘keep going’ we reached a good result with the sale. Helen proved to be a warm-hearted and astute professional whose level of commitment never varied. The experience was a ‘win win’ for all parties.

Helen was extremely professional but also very personable. She led us through the sale/purchase process but ensured that we were happy with each decision that needed to be made. We would recommend Helen and Chapman Real Estate to anyone considering selling/buying property.

Throughout the sale process Helen demonstrated a most professional knowledgeable and personable attitude. Her understanding of market trends combined with local knowledge assisted greatly with the great result that was achieved. We were also impressed with the Chapman Real Estate team ethos and sales strategy as evidenced by the number of viewers offers and sale on the first VIP open home.

We have loved having Helen as our agent. She has been professional from the beginning without losing her gentle nature. She has very realistic views of the current market, which allowed our expectations to be met. We have, and will continue to recommend Helen to others when they are selling their property, or purchasing a new property. 10/10

Helen Harris was extremely efficient in selling our parents’ home in Valley Heights. Helen has very good local market knowledge and a great list of people ready to purchase in the Blue Mountains. We received two offers immediately after the home was open for the first and only time. She was able to obtain a price over and above our expectations. Thanks to Helen and the Chapmans team for making this a very smooth and successful sale.
