Fast and speedy response!
Natalie was super prompt in her replies in helping me find a rental interstate. The ability to sign documents online to speed up the process and get me in my home sooner was brilliant. She is friendly and brilliant with communication to ensure any repairs you’ve got at the property get fixed promptly! 100% best real estate I’ve dealt with.

Excellent service. Property maintained at a high level by agent making regular checks and following up when things not ok. When recent tenant vacated, this agency seamlessly managed cleaning, advertising, inspections and reletting. Communication was excellent, we were well informed throughout the process. Pleasantly High Benchmark Acheivement
I have the disadvantage of never having actually met my agent. Phone calls, emails, photos, text messages, Aust Post mail, has been the normal with the total management of my property. It all works well, which is what a landlord needs. No hassles and no worrys.
